Since 11 years the organization has implemented various activities including cruises heritage, the animation of the Chambly Canal Skateway in addition to working with most events taking place on our website.
 

Rallye GPS

A new way to explore the historic Canal de Chambly!

Guided by a GPS device, on foot or bicycle, big and small parties in search of clues to help solve one of our GPS rally. Equipped with a map and a quiz of our GPS, complete one of our tours on foot in the Old or Old Chambly Saint-Jean or bicycles on the Chambly Canal.

From just $ 13 per event (You may receive an additional discount by becoming a member of Friends).

Explorer Circuit

Presented by Parks Canada, a new interpretive bicycle tour which allows assessment of the archaeological remains, important witnesses Canadian Engineering nineteenth century. Go on an exploration of the Chambly Canal. Browse through the 20 km of the canal with an information kit and discover the natural wonders and heritage are on the channel. The kit is available at both information booths Friends of the Chambly Canal for only $ 3

Écolo-bikes

In collaboration with Old Main Street St. John, we offer you the opportunity to rent one of our eco-bike for a day while traveling. These bikes will facilitate your trips in the region. On the other hand, they offer the best chance for visitors to discover the Old Saint-Jean and Chambly Canal.

By completing a simple form of borrowing and presenting a valid ID with photo, everyone can get a bike from one of five service points.
